This page explains how to request deletion of your Rased account and the data associated with it. Rased is used by internet service providers (ISPs) to manage their subscribers.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered on your Rased account.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my account” and include your account/workspace name.
3. We verify the request and delete the account, usually within 7 days (and no later than 30 days).

Account owners can also ask their platform administrator to remove the account from the admin console.

What is deleted

When an account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and all team-member logins
• Your SAS server connections and their stored credentials
• Cached subscriber records synced from your SAS server
• Payment and debt records you entered in Rased
• Activity/audit logs and WhatsApp reminder settings

What is kept

Nothing account-specific is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. an anti-fraud/financial transaction log), which are held only for the minimum period required by law and then deleted.

Note: your subscribers’ accounts live on your own SAS server, not on Rased. Deleting your Rased account removes Rased’s cached copy; it does not delete anything on your SAS server.
