Rased (“the App”) is a tool for internet service providers (ISPs) and their staff to monitor subscriber accounts, record payments and debts, and send reminders. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Who controls the data

Each ISP that signs up (“the Operator”) uses Rased to manage its own subscribers. The Operator is the controller of its subscribers’ data; Rased processes that data on the Operator’s behalf to provide the service.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email, company/workspace name, country, currency, and a securely hashed password.
• Subscriber data from your SAS/Radius server: subscriber names, usernames, phone numbers, plan, expiration, online status, assigned IP, and balances — retrieved from the server you connect.
• Billing records you enter: payments and debts you record for your subscribers.
• WhatsApp: if you enable reminders, the recipient’s phone number is used to send the message. If you link an unofficial WhatsApp session, its credentials are stored encrypted so the app can send on your behalf.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To provide the service: show dashboards, subscribers, debts, and metrics.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure (single active session).
• To send the WhatsApp reminders you request.
• To operate, secure, and support the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only: with your own SAS/Radius server (the system you connect); with WhatsApp/Meta when you send a message through the official WhatsApp Business API; and with our hosting/infrastructure providers who run the service on our behalf.

Storage & security

Data is stored on our servers. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and sensitive credentials (SAS manager passwords, linked WhatsApp session) are encrypted at rest.

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

Rased is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
